Hi!  This is my first blog so to say I don’t know what I am doing is an understatement.  I have a lot to say about a lot of things.  When it came time to name the blog I wasn’t sure what would encompass all I wanted to say.  What does a 35 year old married for 11 years mother of 2 call her blog.  I have worked in the retail fashion business for most of my life- growing up in it.  I was a theatre major/ english minor in college.

 I think what I am trying to say is I have a lot of interests and what I want to talk about is whatever happens to be going on for the day or week.  Maybe some of the great topics that come up during my weekly breakfast with my girlfriends.The things I like that I want to discuss are fashion for sure.  I love movies, tv, music, books, cooking, traveling, raising kids ( well most of the time!!), cosmetics, and being kind to the environment.  I may just blog about the newest mascara or environmentally friendly cleaner  I have found! Maybe the greatest pair of shoes!

With an ever changing economy, a pending election, horrific gas prices, there are a lot of things going on.  This does not mean we have to forget the great things; such as change of season which will bring in new fashion trends.  I certainly don’t think every fashion trend is for every person, but they are fun to look at. 
 With the Sex and the City movie having come and gone; there were a lot of us women who looked forward to that for the past year what do we have to look forward to!I will keep my eye open for those things.  I hope there is no actors strike so I can be prepared for the new t.v. season.  Where old favorites like Grey’s Anatomy will return; and the only good thing that came out of the writer’s strike are shows I enjoyed so much last season like Pushing Daisies and Dirty, Sexy, Money will get another chance.  If you read this blog and  have not watched either of those shows please give them a try.

For now I am amused by Tori and Dean- Hollywood.  Waiting for Project Runway to air on the 16th- I don’t know how they will live up to Christian’s Fierceness! and Mama Mia hits the theatres on the 18th.  Does anyone else wonder why movies open in London before here?

Please let me know if you read this.  As I said I have never done this before, and don’t know the right and wrongs! Thank you for humoring me and as I said I have a lot to say about a lot of things!  I am away on vacation right now so as for movies I have taken my kids to see Walle.  It was great and my soon to be 9 year old daughter got the message Disney was sending.  We need to take care of our planet and move our bodies!For now that is all!
